This valence looks familiar, did you buy it from Mike in Brooklyn? If so, that's the valence that he bought off of me. Its not 100% new if thats the case.
The clincher here is that the mounting points at the sides of the valence are broken off. There should be a couple fork looking mounting points in the upper corner of each side that slide over a bolt mounted to the metal valence. Most people try to take the valence off before the bumper, something you can't do without tearing those mounting points off as the valence needs to slide up and then off of the metal valence underneath.
From the looks of one of the pics thats what has happened, if not, I apologize for the confusion, but I'm just curious how many people may have had the valence that I originally acquired from England by way of California!Comment
