    Cloth Recaro's in KS

I'm trying to gather up some cash to finance a new project and need to sell some of my treasures, so here is your chance to get some genuine Recaro seats! Bought a couple years ago for a 318is and then removed. Pass seat is bare, driver has e30 slider and hand fab bracket. These seat are not perfect, but a cheap way to get the real thing, especially if you are too wide for BMW sports (that would be me). Local pick up is preferred, but I will ship at your expense. $350 plus shipping

FWIW, I believe these are Volkswagen MkII Recaro Trophy seats. You might be able to get the actual model name by copying the serial number on one of the stickers on the bottom of the seats and e-mailing it to Recaro NA.

Last I heard, Josh Anderson was trying to get these to work for his E30 via some custom mounts he had fabricated. They seem to fit the car pretty well.

Hmmm . . . I'm seeing a trend here. You are the second person to tell me they are for the MkII. I hand fabbed a bracket from some alum stock and they worked fine. I've still got some metal and another e30 slider that I will throw in the deal!. Super comfortable! C'mon guys who needs seats?

Damn, if I had a car these belonged in, they would be sold. I paid $250 shipped for my one Recaro SE (similar design) and felt I got a good deal.

Someone snag them up! If someone here buys them, Andrew and I can fab up a set of adapters that you can use to mount them to stock E30 sliders for a good price.

Or if someone has a set of generic Recaro Sliders, I can make up some trick aluminum brackets for the Universal Sliders.

Back to work bump. I'll be at work all weekend, but can check email. Price reduction to $300 w/sliders and one hand made bracket and material to make another. These have got to go folks! My wife will kill me if I have to use "our" money to pay for my new project!

Those seat are not the "trophy" recaros. Those are out of 90-92 16 valve GTI or a Jetta GLX of the same years. The Trophy recaros had black vinyl bolsters and grey fabric centers. Just to clarify. bump for a great price on a great seat. Oh, and you might want to check out vwvortex.com. those will sell really quick on that site
