    FS: E-code Smileys

I'm selling this set of E-code smileys (E-21 lettering on glass lenses).
I got these from a friend who was going to put them on his E-34 5-series. I have no use for these right now, hence the sale.

Price is $120 shipped CON-US (not including AK and HI) on USPS Priority (2-3 day)

    Here are the pictures:

Although not shown in the pictures, the wire harnesses for the cit-lights are both there. There is one small rock hit on one of the high-beams that you can see in the picture. The first picture showing the lenses was taken without flash...the others were taken with flash. The rust on the retaining rings comes off easily with steel wool...not pitted, just superficial.

Please PM me if you are interested and/or need more details.

    Thank you.
    Rodrigo

Correct me if I'm wrong but won't these work for an E30 by just using two mounting screws rather than three?

i gotta be honest with you, i have no idea. i didn't even try and match them up to my existing lights. I was going to mount just the smileys on my existing set up with new hardware, but lost interest.

they are intended for an E34, i believe as the previous owner only has/had E34's and he was going to install them.

I'll try and get part numbers off the lights if that helps.

From what I heard on here is that the only thing that is swapable is the lens. I could be wrong.

The e34 headlight bracket doesn't fit the e30... it has 4 mounting tabs, the e30 has 3. Also, the 'tangs' on the individual headlight housings are too long to fit the e30 headlight bracket. I'd say you can only use the outer headlight assembly (the one with the lense in it) for an e30.

                    Hella or Bosch or Depo?

You guys are correct, they won't work on an E30 but E34 guys will buy them in a heartbeat.
