Get this stuff outta my garage! haha. Added a stock Brake Booster to the list for $40 shipped. Added intake manifold flange and velocity stacks.

So what all needs to be done to run those stacks with the plate?

You'd need to cut the flange off the stacks, weld some tube from the stacks to the flange, and encase the whole thing in an aluminum plenum with a throttle body on one end.
