          Where does it get its power? Is it on the left of the drivers area by the hood release?

            That's correct, there is a junction box below the dash that has two free slots that this connects into. Then you run the ground wire and you're all set to go.

              Should have been easy - there are only a couple wires - goes to the junction box then under the carpet to the center console. Nothing to do but pull up the carpet a little to remove. Good price!

                  Me too - put brand new OEM seat heater pads in my car with a brand new harness, bought some switches used on e-Bay to complete the set up. Absolute essential equipment on a 'vert in Ohio!

                      I'm just thinking, how do the seats hook up to the harness? The small black plug that is next to the ground wire? If so then how do both the seats link together?

                        do you see the white female connectors? those plug into the heated seat elements and bam! you have connected your seats to the harness.

                              hmmmmmm, you have to put the heater elements into the seats? Where could one get these heater elements?
