ECU with Schatz & Krum chip

I've got an 173 ECU with a Schatz & Krum EPROM installed in it. It's for the M20 2.5i engine. I was told that the S&K chips were the Jim Conforti design that he did to be private label marketed by other like S&K. Maybe someone else knows for sure what the deal is. This is the original chip and not a clone.

i am interested. i need to find out if it will work with my combo though.
2.7 stroker, 292 cam, P & P head, shorties with 2" all the way back 2 mufflers, no cat, Dbilas ITB's, ford T-bird MAF, and split second piggy back.

the piggy back does not allow for any different timing, but does allow for me to adjust the fuel curve to compensate for everything.

let me see if i can pick jimC's brain to see if it will even work
