It is not a direct bolt, for it to be bolted to an M20 it needs to be notched there are a lot of thread about notching these between the e30 forums. Best was to do is to find a 1 piece m20 exhaust manifold gasket and line it up with the ports and then mark it where you need to notch it. Its best to use a double bur bit to notch it as it will remove the material easily you can get a good bit db bit at sears for ~$10. Manifold is also a split pulse design so flow to the wastegate and turbo is excellent. Well I guess I shouldnt call it a wastegate port as it was originally an EGR port. But a 38mm wastegate fits there, I have head that though that you might need to slightly enlarge the either hole on the mounting flange a couple of mm's on the Tial 38mm's to get them to fit perfect.
