Sports seats blanket have 2 strips of heating elements per section, which make each section wider and they would not fit between comfort seats stitching, comfort seats has 4 strips which are norrow and two strips can be fitted in between sports seats stitching. The strip lenght on comfort seats are longer, but you can cut the ends as long as you do not cut the heating elements.

...all this is true, and an easier way to think about it: sport elements fit horizontal into the seats, non-sport elements slide in vertical.
