    dc/md/va m50 for a swap--pretty much everything you need

    hey,

i have a whole m50 swap that needs to go. i started on the swap and scrapped the process so i have prety much everything you may need.
i will have pictures up tomorrow

i have an 1994 325i m50 engine. i never heard it run but i connected a battery to the starter and it cranked fine. i would still suggest a rebuild.
im askin 400 for it but any decent offer will be accepted. (prefer local pickup)

    i have an e36 obd1 intake manifold
    just want 125 for it

    e36 fuel rail
    make me an offer

    e36 radiator
    make me an offer

    e36 auto wire harness
    100 obo

any other m50 swap stuff you know i have that you may want just pm me with offers.

    e46 m3 cats
    100 obo

i can deliver engine n crap within a distance of 2 hours to the dc/md/va area. im coming up to philly new years so PA people dont hesitate.

    !update!

i took the engine to a bmw mechanic and he told me it doesnt need a rebuild, he said the engine just needs to be cleaned. so once again i have an engine that does NOT need a rebuild for 400.

Do you have the e34 m50 throttle cable? I also need m50 power steering hoses, etc.

this is the story on the engine.

i bought an e36 from a guy in richmond. he had an e36 that had a blown head gasket. he replaced the engine with another engine--the engine im selling. i was suggesting a rebuild because i dont know the exact history of the engine, all i know is the story he told me.

he told me he bought it from ebay with around 80k on it. i dont really have a reason not to believe him. when i pulled the engine from the car the engine looked like it had been sitting for a while so the tensioner, and a couple pulleys had surface rust.

i didnt pay the mechanic he was giving me free advice(the engine is sitting in the back of my van) so we didnt run a compression test.

im going to reiterate that rebuild is mostly a safety measure. the engine isnt siezed, and when i tried to jumpstart it directly to the starter it cranked fine.

the mechanic i took it to said i cant really go by looks when it comes to engines this age, so he cranked it for a second and said its probably fine. im only getting rid of it because i dont have the time to replace the few things it needs, which i have a list that he gave me if you want. but thats also why im selling it so low. i found an engine that suits me better; its ready to drop in.
