heres something i pulled from a dtm group buy that explains the specs


-18oz (compared to factory 4oz knob), allows for smoother shifts
-1" shorter than factory knob = faster and shorter shifts
I was doing some research and I can easily say that 1" reduction in height would reduce throw by about 10-15%, considering Ron Stygarts calculations showed that a 3/4" reduction in height resulted in 11% throw reduction.

look at that pic. see the little sleeve? that is spring loaded and it slides up. inside there are a series of floating balls that somehow latch onto the rod like jflip on a friday evening. you let the sleeve go and it snaps on and wont let go. you have to raise the sleeve to release it. its very cool. i guess thats why they cost so much

im not going to lie. farbin straddled my console and lodged it in his anal cavity last summer but i disinfected it. its as new. no marks or blemishes whatsoever
