    340whp BOLT-ON turbo kit EVERYTHING included nuts, bolts, clutch, megasquirt, etc.

    This is as complete a kit as possible. I am including everything to transform a completely stock m20 2.5l equipped e30 into a 340+whp monster. This system has been dyno proven to make this power at a mere 13psi of boost. This kit includes more than 4K$ in raw materials and parts, not including any of the labor to fabricate and plan this system. Im only asking 3000$ for everything, and am also willing to negotiate a trade for any manual trans e30's or e28's. I can subtract $ if you already have fuel control, or spark control taken care of, or if clutch components aren't needed.




    Some of the main components included in this kit are;

    -Megasquirt with squirt'n'spark extra code loaded, and a properly tuned map loaded. All wiring and sensors included, along with a custom ported Throttle body, with TPS adapted to it. (TB is fully ported on the inlet, and the throttle blade has been removed, and knife edged.)

    -Crane Cams Hi6 spark box with boost retard control, and built in fully adjustable rev-limit (gives the spark to achieve 380hp at the engine with stock distributor.)

    -Crane Cams LX91 E-coil

    -8.8mm custom built high energy plug wires with high temp heat sleaves over each lead.

    -Clutchnet 4-puck clutch and stage 2 pressure plate. (holds whatever power you put at it)

    -LC-1 wideband oxygen sensor (hardware it into the megasquirt, and/or a gauge)




    Turbo stuff-------------------------------------

    -304 SS fully divided externally wastegated turbo manifold adapter. Fully port matched. with 1/2" CNC'd flanges

    -60mm v-band flanged wastegate (controls boost exceptionally)

    -large T3/T4 split tang v-band turbocharger (hence the split pulse adapter manifold) Turbo is fully ported on exhaust side, and compressor outlet.

    -4" SS v-band downpipe with integrated wastegate dump pipe, for easy exhaust installation.

    -HUGE 3.75" thick 14x20" intercooler core. with custom air diversions inside the intercooler for more efficient cooling. This is as big as you can stuff in the front of an e30 with some sheetmetal removal. (if you would like to substitute your own intercooler, I will subtract 200$ and include the piping)

    -Oil feed and drain lines, and all CNC'd turbo oil fittings with braided feed line. Oil drain system does not require you to remove or drill oil pan or block.

    -Lucas disk type fuel injectors 42#

    -walbro 255 fuel pump custom mounted to stock tank pickup & sender (whole modified unit included, so you just drop it in, and go)

    -Pull style BOV mounted to upper I.C. piping

    -All silicone couplers, with Stainless t-bolt clamps holding together piping.

    -all mandrel bent intercooler piping, with knife edged pipe edges for smooth transitional flow.

    -blue 10.9 hardness non stretch head bolts (only torqued once) Recommend installation if boosting above 7psi.

    -4" intake pipe to turbo with 4" inlet filter

    -Manifold and turbo SS heat shields

    -Turbo XS High performance boost controller (new style)

    -oil filter relocation kit with all braided -an lines

    -All stainless hardware for high heat tested durability

    EVERYTHING has been run and tested in autocross events for durability, and drivability. I decided to sell this stuff because I need to start paying off some more important things. I put soooo much time into this system, that it's a drag to sell, but I'm sure there is someone out there who needs the adrenaline rush this kit can provide.

    You will not find another kit being sold that will bolt on and make this kind of power from a stock engine. Dyno proven. Everything in this kit is in perfect condition, and has been through lots of testing to assure it will hold up.
