WTB Vert Windshield frame
Need the top 8" of the windshield frame---sides and top cross section. Must be straight, rust free & cheap!! May be able to pick up on east coast--Va, MD, NC, Ky, Tn, Pa, Fl, Ga-------yea i travel a bit.
I bought a 90 Vert that must have had a run it with a deer. Some A-hole replaced the top part of the windshield frame but welded it in about a 1/2" too tall so the windshield and weatherstrip are too small. Upon investigation, I found bondo in the upper cross section so if I decide to fix it, I want to start with an original, unmolested windshield frame--create a template and cut / reweld for correct spacing etc. The car is too nice to part out. Anyone parting out a 325ic with no use for a the windshield frame---? AND OF COURSE, THE GUY I BOUGHT IT FROM ON CRAIGS LIST NEGLECTED TO MENTION THE PREVIOUS DAMAGE. Huck
