FS: pair of uber rare euro lips (lots of pics)

I got something else coming, so these are up for sale to pay some bills.

    terms
Paypal or cash on pickup preferred
Pickup greatly preferred on larger items - I am in Claremont, CA ZIP 91711
First person to agree to paying posted price (and sending me the damn moneys) gets the item
Here's a link to my feedback thread

    2) late ('86-'87) sport option lip. (RealOEM page) Fits on '86-'87 Euro and U.S. valences, under both DB's and Euro bumpers.

Bare plastic, never painted. Some scratches on bottom from scraping. Side mounts had been broken off and were reattached with epoxy, should not come off again.

    $150 picked up

SOLD) early ('84-'85) euro option lip. (RealOEM page) Fits on '84-'85 US and Euro valences, under euro bumpers and DB's (needs some trimming of DB shroud to fit DB's)

Was originally lazurblau, finish was sanded, primed (two layers) and is currently being painted (5 thin layers so far, wet-sanded between each) Rustoleum Gloss White (which is quite close to Alpine I). One the the three front mounting holes (the left one) is broken off. Probably repairable, but it's not too visible.

    Optional brake ducts included

Inner right mount is broken off and was not included when lip was sold to me. Lip is still held on by about 8 other screws and bolts, so it's not an issue.

    Left mount area is fine.

    Bottom is in primer

    SOLD

im confused on the mounting of these. For the second one, could that be attached to be the bottom of a DB IS valance?

edit: i looked at teh Realoem pages and i understand the first one but the second is still fuzzy...

The second one mounts to three tabs that come down off the '86-'87 euro and US valences, as well as two holes that are on the left and right sides.

I'm not sure what you mean by DB IS valence.. this?

(I know that's an ES one, but same difference)

In that case, no, it doesn't mount to that. It mounts to the sheet metal valence under the IS valence, and I don't think you can run both without hacking both to shreds.

Thanks for letting me know what it is! The PO had spraypainted over any identification markings so I had no clue what it was. Haven't been to moped army yet, but looks like I will pretty soon.

The show "Destroyed in Seconds" comes to mind.

Every day I wake up we drink a lot of coffee and watch the CNN
Every day I wake up to a bowl of clover honey and let the locusts fly in.
                            Lobsterbacks attack the town again
Wrap all my things in aluminum
Beams of darkness streak across the sky
Pink rays from the ancient satellite
Every time I look out my window same three dogs looking back at me.
Every time I open my windows cranes fly in to terrorize me.
