Let's start with the cheap set. I think they're aftermarket (no BMW stamp). There's a little bit trimmed on the top as you can see in the pics, not visible when installed on the car. There's also some epoxy or melted plastic globules on the top area but doesn't effect mounting. No foam.

The nice set is nice, oem, no damage or anything to mention. Didn't wash them before taking pics cuz the hose froze 14 months ago it seems like. Foam is still nice and squishy.
