they are good for the h4/sealed beam cars because they have dual filliment bulbs so you still have high beams, the 123 ones are basically fog lights

So what I'm getting from this is that in order to use the fogs in the high beam housing I have to run Hella H4 sealed beams with low beams and high beams? where would I find a set of these?
