Everything that's going on is still under wraps, but the drift car is going through some changes, and possibly a power plant change as well.
So I'm putting my turbo kit up for grabs to see who's interested.
Some specs:
- M20 eBay equal length manifold. (Myself and another local have been putting our e30s through track events again and again and still no cracking in either manifold). This manifold has been welded with a T2 flange for the turbo.
- GT3071R (internally wastegate) w/ a custom T28 back housing. Has minimal shaft play, on an M20B25 (stock internals) it's been showing full boost (running 9psi) at 3,000rpms. The turbine housing is .63 a/r, and I will get the cartridge information when I get back to the shop.
- Stainless braided lines & fittings for the oil, push-loc lines for the water. All water fittings to plug into the M20's cooling system will be included.
- 2.5" downpipe w/ a diverter pipe that merges into 3" pipe by the firewall.
- Custom short runner intake manifold. Fabricated off a stock manifold to increase response. A lot of response seen especially on the lower rpms.
- 32lb Accel injectors
- HKS Blow valve with a recirculation pipe back into the intake
That's all I can think of right now.
I will be keeping the intercooler and the megasquirt. But I pushed this setup for a few months already and loved the response. :) I might keep this and just put it on the new motor, but we'll see.
I'd like to see $2000 + shipping.
I don't have any pictures right now, but here's one of the intake manifold:

This photo is circa March '08, before I put the ball-bearing turbo in there. I should be able to take photos of the entire setup (currently out of the car) tomorrow.
