    Delrin Shift Knobs

If anyone is interested in a delrin shift knob like the ones pictured, please PM me for details. They come in either a rough finish, as pictured, or smoothe. $45 + shipping for most sizes.

The rough finish seems to be quite popular :)

    Ribbed for my pleasure? :)

Are they weighted or are they pretty light?

Haha, if the price is right

Delrin is fairly dense material. I just weighed a 7''x1.5'' shifter and it came out to 9.6 ounces.

what size is the opening for the shift lever shaft?

and can you thread the ID instead of using a set screw?

The ID is nearly the same size as the shift lever.

If I tapped the hole what would it screw onto? We don't own Hondas...

Plus there's nothing wrong with using a set screw. Barely any force from a single screw is needed to secure the knob in place on the shaft. And if you don't like how it looks you can simply position the knob so that the screw faces your dash.
