I do not think they fit cabs due to the design of the lower rocker on the cabs.

The 13 button OBC needs the correct coding plug for the cluster and perhaps some of the wiring harnesses. I am not really sure.

I have no idea on the check panel. Does your car have a white ~20pin plug up under the check panel filler? If so I do not see why it wouldn't work.
