Working vintage BMW CM5905 (Alpine) radio in relatively good working condition. Coming out of a 1986 325e E30 with the 4-speaker non-premium audio system. Should work in other vintage BMWs like the E24 and E28. Not sure if it works with the premium audio system. Comes with code.
Tape deck functions well. Turning the volume knob does not induce static like it would on a lot of other radios of this age. Bass and treble settings work.
Only problem is that the eject functionality is messed up. If you press eject once, it enters a loop between the 1st and 2nd sides of the tape. Pressing eject a second time will resume playing the tape normally. Due to this, I will include the cassette that's in the radio along with it.
Here is a YouTube video showing the functionality of the unit along with the eject fault: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tz9wwV-Er1c
Would recommend listening to the video with headphones as it will be too quiet through desktop/phone speakers to see how it sounds.
Looking to get $150. Located in Central NJ
