    SR20 swap kit....... Complete!!!

Well, these are the custom parts made to make an SR20DET work in an E30 M3 chasis.

This is all done to not have to relocate the brake booster OR the ABS module.

THIS IS COMPLETE!!!! All you need is a motor and a chasis and some fab work.
-Custom motor mounts with delrin bushings and tranny mount. This is the entire front subframe!
-Custom 1 piece balanced drive shaft
-T2 sidemount log manifold wrapped in header wrap and black coated.
-S13 red top wiring harness made for the E30 M3
    -Custom Dump tube flange
-Custom intake flange (all flanges have been custom clocked/cut/welded to make them fit)
    -Radiator Mounts
    -Lowkar throttle cable
-Hot side intercooler piping (Cold side has been sold, but it is easy to have made. I can help you with this.)
-All rubber boot reducers/elbows (3" to 2.5" etc)
    -Ground strap
    -Stainless steel clutch line
    -Fuel hoses/New Z32 fuel filter
    -Radiator hoses

I would like to sell ALL of the above to one person.

Price is $1550 obo (Includes crinkle coating of the manifold in black color)

    A few pictures:

This shows why it needs to be coated :D

I will put up more pics later of specfic things.

    Thanks
    James

    A few more pics.

Turbo manifold will come wrapped in header wrap!

Motor is coming out this weekend so I will have complete pics then.

Remove the tranny or unbolt the motor and move it slightly forward then you can get the drive shaft out.

I can take the motor out of the car in litteraly 15 minutes.

Thanks guys. I have had a few PM's, I am purely trying to get back what I have paid for the parts you see before you.

A slight break down goes like so:

-$450 for the manifold parts and all welded together
-$450 for measuring/re-inforcing the front subframe and then welding the new mounts into place. To get fitment correct, they had to take the motor in and out a few times to get it right.
-$200 is about what I have in the drive shaft
-$300 for a re-worked SR wiring harness made for this swap
-$150 intercooler piping measuring and welding, the Lokar cable was $40 I think and it works perfect for this swap, custom welding for flanges etc...

Hell, I have $80 into silicon elbows from Turbohoses.com!

On top of that, you have COUNTLESS hours of head scratching to make this all work. I mean COUNTLESS (2 YEARS off and on) worth.

            Thanks again
            James

                      That is so awesome.

I've seen the same swap in an E30 hillclimber that belonged to Alex Grabeau of DENT Sport Garage in Norwood, Massachusetts. It was a real beast. Seemed to be a real PITA to fit the exhaust since it was now on the "wrong" side. Lots of custom work.

Thank you. I spent alot of time on this project and I wish it would have turned out exactly like I wanted but it didnt. I dont have the time for a "project" car for a fun car.

Yeah, the downpipe will have to be 2.5" then flair out to 3" because of how tight it gets around the firewall and steering rack.
