M20B25 removed from my 1988 325i
removed 7/20/2017 at 205130k miles when I installed my 2.9L engine, ran fine then and has been sitting in a climate controlled garage since.

Timing belt done 5/2014, along with thermostat, hoses, water pump, etc.but its probably a good idea to do these again. Mechanically the top and bottom end are good to go but it needs a few small parts that I've listed below
• Drain tube Oring(top) 11151714390
• Exhaust manifold nut(M8 w/ flange) 18307620549
• 2x Intake manifold nut and washer (M8)
• Oil level sensor(unknown condition) 12611722301
• Fuel pressure regulator (might just be bad O-ring)
• Intake manifold – valve cover bracket bolt
• Coolant temp sensor (Brown, may work) 12621710511
• Coolant temp sensor (Blue, may work) 13621357414
• P.S. pump is loosely assembled, needs rebuilt
• P.S. Pump banjo bolts (2X IIRC) 13621357414
• Dipstick tube – I think I have a spare that's bent a little but I need to find it
• Fuel rail is loosely assembled, needs to be tightened
• C191/101 plug needs to be cleaned
• Valve cover nuts (at least 3x, M6) 07149156628
• Crank position sensor bracket 11141713173
• Oil level sensor plug (Bosch EV1 3 Pin)

AFM
173 ECU
Various chips for 173 ECU
automatic transmission flywheel
bad b28 crank - you're welcome to try and work some magic on it but I was told runout was too high by my machinist
extra B25 intake manifold / throttle body
Starter Motor – unknown condition
A/C Pump – unknown condition
Extra set of B25 fuel injectors
Extra Cap / Rotor / plug wires
B25 front oil cooler + lines
I do NOT have an engine harness
