Made an oil pan baffle out of 1.5mm-thick aluminum plating but decided to go another direction with my build. Fitment is a bit tight but should work without any major issues. Most oil pan castings were slightly different, so you may need to adjust this slightly with a file to make it fit perfectly with your specific pan.
