    MegaSquirt 2

MS2x built by Braineack (moderator on Miataturbo.net) for my '88 325. I had to beg and plead for him to build this for an E30, but he's the best...4th ECU he's built for me (2 Miatas and an MG).

Setup with DB15 connector to run electronic boost controller and wideband without hacking harness or opening ECU. Uses stock Motronic connector otherwise, and setup to use VTPS. Include GM IAT and a free LC1wideband which came from my last Miata turbo and may or may not still work. Limited-edition turbokitty stickers included.

    $600 shipped in US

My E30 has been a black hole from the start, and after rebuilding suspension, dropping subframes and doing bushings, rebuilding entire fuel system, all engine gaskets, new driveshaft and fixing the rusted sunroof (removed whole interior and dash) I am seriously considering not going forward with turbocharging plans I had and just DRIVING the car. This is to test water as it's the most expensive part. If this sells, then I have injectors, TD manifold, intercooler and such I'll post.

Longtime lurker here, but have more feedback on miataturbo.net and eBay under same screenname

Mildly confused here as I've built a DIY unit and also have a PNP unit and the DIY unit I have is a completely different case from the PNP unit. This appears to be a PNP unit without the decal.

Either way great price for an assembled MS2 unit!

Think that's what was done. All the Miata ones were always tmore rectangular box, but the guy that built it has serious connections with the DIYAutotune guys. Obviously would be happy to find answers to any questions potential buyers might have. Have a few simple diagrams and such for the minor wiring of options.

Setup now comes with a known GOOD LC-1 sensor (no gauge) as I threw the questionable one to a friend. Same price.

Have had some questions, and apologize I've been out of the MegaSquirt game for a couple of years after selling turbo Miata and focusing on just making my E30 a good driver. Unit has a base tune, but is set up for wasted spark EDIS 6 (no cam trigger). Could be switched back to control stock coil and distributor using a BIP373 and a change in drop down menus of .msq, but I haven't hooked this one up in TunerStudio to verify. As always, it's best to read thru the guide on DIY AutoTune and be very familiar with your software and loaded tune. https://www.diyautotune.com/support/...-your-bmw-e30/

Wish I could promise this as plug'n'play, but have discounted accordingly. If I install to let someone know exactly how it needs to be set up (aside from base timing), I can guarantee I wouldn't uninstall it and just proceed forward with bigger injectors and enjoy tuning before putting on hotside turbo parts. Glad to try and answer any other questions
