                  I hate to be the one to suggest that a diff will probably fit in a large flat rate box from USPS which runs about $10.35 to ship.

                      I think USPS ships up to 70lbs?

                      The flat rate box would fall apart with a heavy ass diff in it though.

                              Are you crazy? Large USPS flat rate box is nowhere near the size to fit a diff in. It's about 12x12x5.5" and costs $13.95 to ship. You can't ship a diff in a light weight carton box, it will get f-ing destroyed.
