Looks great, works perfectly. I didn't have the tray pulled out all the way in the second picture. It comes with the reinforcing plate , but no screws or screw covers. Only one of these I have ever seen. Best offer takes it.

nah its not too bad, you just have to lift your elbow a little bit when you shift... its worth it to not spill that coffee
