This is a gray E46 M3 that I vinyl wrapped the roof in my gloss black material. Went with the gloss black to give it that more factory look, to simulate somewhat of a CSL look, even though the CSL had a real CF roof. The owner of this car was also in Orange County as well.

Haven't had much of a chance to post pictures in a while, but finally getting some time to do so again.

Here's a black Mercedes Benz C300 that came out to me in Anaheim Hills/Orange county to have his window trim vinyl wrapped in matte black. We blacked out the chrome on his car. Unlike BMWs, the Mercedes does not have the shadowline/black trim option.

I don't normally post pictures of kind of off/side projects that aren't from the normal roof, window trim, etc. However, I figure I'll start posting them more since I've had quite a few requests or people ask me about this.

Here's a SC400 that I vinyl wrapped the lower lip on the bumper in the 3M 1080 glossy carbon fiber vinyl material. The lip was fairly damaged, hence the crack which you can clearly see through the material and some other small chips along the bottom edge of the lip. I do not usually wrap lips, since they require a seam line in the middle, due to the lengths that lips usually are (~7'-8'). In the picture taken front on, you can see the small seam line a couple of inches to the left of the crack. To some that may be acceptable, while to others it may be something they'll always see/notice. Hopefully this will give you guys somewhat of a better idea of how it'll work/look.

It's not often I get bigger bodied cars like this E65 745il come by to have vinyl work done on their cars. However, the owner of this car contacted me to see if I could black out the chrome on his window trim, to give it the shadowline look. We ended up going with the matte black finish over the gloss black finish so that it'd match the rubber around the windows and the already matte door pillar pieces. The owner of this car was from Los Angeles area and drove out to me in Orange County to have the vinyl work done.

Here is a black Mercedes Benz CLS63 AMG that came by to have me vinyl wrap his chrome window trim in my matte black vinyl material to black it out. The owner of this car was also from Irvine/South Orange County and came out to me in Anaheim Hills to have the vinyl work done. I think the matte black still goes fairly well on the black car, since the trim does not just blend in with the rest of the car, but still accents the trim pieces nicely.

This is something different than what you guys are used to seeing me post. I vinyl wrapped the center/raised portion of the hood on this white BMW E92 M3 with my matte black vinyl material. Of course, the roof on this car was already carbon fiber, so I did not have to do anything with that. However, the owner of this car wanted to give it a more aggressive look without it being permanent and no other vinyl shops were willing to do this on his car. Luckily he found me, and I've done this for several cars in the past before, so it wasn't a problem. Owner of this car was from around south Orange County and came over to me in Anaheim Hills.

Just to give you guys an idea of pricing on the satin material. For a roof sized sheet, it'll be $20 + shipping.

Let me know if you guys have any questions or inquires. I will have the lowest prices anywhere for vinyl for the next couple of weeks.

Also, don't forget, in addition to roofs, I can also cut it up into strips and sell it to you to use on your window trims. Here are pictures of an Audi B7 that I vinyl wrapped the window trim in my matte black material to black out his chrome.

Here's pictures of gloss black on this white F10 550i BMW. Been starting to get more of these, as people start purchasing more of these cars. As you can see here, this is my gloss black vinyl material. If you want to go with as close as you can to a panoramic/glass/gloss black paint look, then this is your best option. Owner was around orange county and came out to me in Anaheim Hills to have the roof wrap done.

2 years of posting pictures in the same thread and not a single E30. You should offer a free wrap to the first E30 to make it down there just to get some kind of credability in this never ending pointless thread.

I've actually sold to quite a few E30 guys now. Maybe you guys should find/ask them to post some pictures of it on their cars. I only post pictures of the cars I work on, not of what my customers do on their own cars.

I'll have a special blow out on satin black vinyl for you guys, to help you out and try to get more pictures of it on E30s. It'll be $20 dollars plus shipping for a roof sized sheet in satin black.

I had to dig through some older pictures of guys that bought the satin black vinyl material from me and that DIYed it themselves. Here is a Mazda that bought some satin black vinyl material from me to do his roof with. His roof spoiler is CF, and I think his trunk was carbon fiber as well. It'll give you guys a better idea of how the satin black is in comparison to those pieces. Similar to the 350z in the original post with the satin black roof, the owner of this Mazda DIYed the roof install on his car with my satin black vinyl material.

Found some more pictures of my satin black material. Not the best pictures in the world, but hopefully it'll still give you guys a better idea of the finish and how it looks on the car.

Christmas may be over, but I am continuing this until I get rid of all of my satin black material. Unfortunately, I do not have any more pictures of the satin black, but hopefully the ones that I have already posted above will be good enough for you guys to determine the differences and how it looks compared to the other finishes.

Here's a white BMW F10 535i that I recently worked on. I vinyl wrapped the chrome on this car's window trim with my matte black material. It really changes the look of the car completely, since the chrome doesn't match anything else on the car and the window trim especially takes up such a large real estate on the car when looking at it. We went with my matte black vinyl material for the window trim to match the rubber and door pillars that were also already matte black from the factory. The owner of this car was around south Orange County, and I happened to be in that area from Irvine that day so I dropped by to do the vinyl work on his car.

I've had people PM me to see if they can use my materials to wrap their interior trim pieces, and the answer to that is yes. I figure I'll post some pictures for you guys to show you some examples of how it looks like. Even though I am not much of a carbon fiber person myself, I think it makes the interior trim pieces look great. The material is even textured, so it has a nice feel to it.

Here's pictures of an E92's interior that I wrapped in the 3M carbon fiber di-noc vinyl material:
