In addition to the cow catcher valence itself, assuming you can find one FS, you'll also very likely need to buy brackets, air ducts, and covers, and probably fog lights. Given what these valances go for now even in crappy shape, and all the additional costs, you may want to consider an aftermarket reproduction valence that also replaces the bumper. There are several different types available -- M-Tech 1, M-Tech 2, AC Schnitzer, etc..
