WTB M42, gray carpet, 318is exhaust

Hi Y'all - back on the forums after just purchasing a 1991 318is. Its got a blown motor so i'm putting feelers out there to see if anyone has one to get rid of. Also looking for an exhaust system and gray/black carpet. I'm located about an hour north of Denver and would love to work locally.
