Need Oil Cooler T-stat + spring

Title says it. That little plug busted out while I was driving. Couldn't find the thermostat or the spring in the dark road where it happened. Also can't seem to find this part anywhere on the internet. Any help replacing these two parts greatly appreciated!

No, sadly not. There's a spring and a thermostat for the oil cooler buried behind that plug. My circlip busted, and thus all these parts shown in the photo flew out, along with a few quarts of oil. Despite a valiant effort in the dark to locate said parts, I was only able to turn up the plug. Not like the t-stat would have survived this fun incident, but it would have made me feel better.
