I think I may be able to help you. If I recall the head rests for a cabrio are the same as other versions. I have two head rests from a parting project. One of the seats is trashed, the other sport seat would work for the proper buyer. What I need to do now is see if the color in correct. I am not an expert in which color is called what.

Tan headrest

I have a pair that I was going to install on my 318i vert in the rear seat. Great shape and they are vinyl,not sure if they are pearl beige or natur.

The verts have a stitched pattern. Also need leather thank you though.
