wtb steering rack e30 or e36 asap

hey guys i need a rack the car is a 1988 325, i don't know if the airbag ones fit somebody confirm please. i wouldn't mind an e36 rack too. i would just get the adapter kit.

I have an E36 rack in Elkton, MD, but needs tie rod ends, as i pretty much cut it off of my wrecked E36. By tie rod ends i mean the actual rods that come out of the rack, so to replace them you will have to remove the rubber boots on each side of the rack.

PM me if interested, i won't be keeping an eye on this thread.

oh and btw i also have a perfectly good rack in my '87 325e that i am parting too, see link in my signature. So you have two choices.

I got one out of E36 3.25 turns with modified steering knuckle and high pressure hose.

Steering rack has brand new seals and 0 miles after rebuild.

$425 shipped

Located in Albany, NY.

Also have used tie rods in excellent shape, add $35 for the pair.

I have one out of a 86 325(i think) its the older steel bodied one. I think its good, but can't be sure, you can have it for free, im right down rt 22 in middlesex pm me if you want it
