WTB Speedo gear/ late 318i check panel

Just need the gear to get the speedometer to work. I hear its just a tiny plastic gear that fails. Mine did so all gauges except speedo and odom work perfect so I don't wanna swap the whole cluster if at all possible.
Also need one of the late model 318i check panels for the overhead setup. Mine's all messed up so I wanna swap it out with a stock one.
