You got a tough one there.

I dont know if you have looked at upholstery shops that my have a similar match to that. My sport leatherette seats have that same pattern (black) and someone had a very close match to do some repairs. It looks good too. I found my own leather for my cabrio (indigo blue aint out there often) and had a guy stitch some headrest for me for $50. Id try that while your hunt continues. GL.

I'm thinking that's my next step, just gotta find the right match. I'm just wanting to do rear headrests in the wife's car as she saw some on a friend's car and now she's all gaga over it.

Maybe Kevin might have (Artistan) something that would match the material. Both of my e30s have the rear headrest and still one of my favorite mods. Ill keep an eye out for ya.
