Just cruise over to any of the local Pick-n-Pulls and grab a crank from a "Cash 4 Clunkers" E36 car. They are like $48.00 + all their little bullshit add on charges. At the check out tell them it is from a C4C car and they will probably cut the price down because you were a stupid fucking dumbass to remove it. :-) I am going to do it and have it turned at a machine shop to be like new again.

I wasn't aware that they wouldn't sell the engine parts. But, it's still a good cheap source for a bare crank. Once it's turned it will be fine, won't it? I may go get one myself.
