Cruise Control system!

Looking for a cruise control system for an m42 but an m20 system would be fine.

Don't know if you realize it or not but everything from the M20 cruise control system will work on your M42 except the push-pull cable that goes from the cruise motor unit to the throttle (this is what I did on my M42). The best part to use there is the cable from an E30 M3 or get the whole M3 motor unit and cable combo. The E36 M42/M44 cable will work but its shorter (you will have to mount the motor unit on the wheel well) and has to be modified slightly to fit the E30 motor unit.

I was aware of a difference but plan on adapting the cable with what I have. I found a cruise system too. Thanks guys.
