Cam for non vanos m50

I am building a 2.9 m50 and figured that if I could upgrade the cams for a good price, now would be the time to do it.

Basically I am interested in upgrading my exhaust cam. Possibly a second non-vanos intake cam, or a s50 exhaust cam or even an aftermarket cam - let me know what you have.

I have a set of stock NV M50 cams. $15 US+shipping.
Just tell me how to tell the difference between the exhaust & intake cam. It would be far easier to ship just 1 cam.
