They are the same for ALL E30s (okay, minus the M3)

Early and late ARE different, make sure you are right. I tried for an hour to get my spare late set to fit my early car, no bueno.

I didn't go into details, but it showed the cars attached, and engines when all the way from M10 to M42. I just assumed that meant ALL of them.
