Tan sports seats

I have a set of tan sport seats. They are not in the best condition
and they are out of an e28 which means they are power with power
head rests. Thought I would let you know.

I have a tan carpet, but would probably need a good cleaning. It's in good shape 'mechanically', just dirty. Plus, shipping might be a major drawback.
