WTB - Passenger front window motor

My window motor quit working with the window half down. :(
It is a 1987 4DR 325e and is the front passenger door.
Are there any tricks to getting the window back up manually?
Does anyone have one of these?

if there is that round hole with cover,get an allen wrench and crank it or take off the door cover and use use the allen.

Yes there is a hole with a plastic cover, I will try cranking on it with an allen wrench.
