WTB: Black vinyl sport seat - pass or driver

I am looking for a black vinyl sport seat, either passenger or driver side, with no rips or tears. I live near Wilmington, DE and am willing to drive a bit to pick one up. Or, if you are far away and willing to ship - I can have it picked up if you can separate the back from the bottom (and pack it in two boxes).
