Are you still looking for a rear deck and carpet? I'm retiring my silver 1990 325is in CA, but first selling/swapping some parts. I've got a gray carpet that has some wear under the driver's feet (that would be covered by a floormat) but is otherwise pretty clean and in good condition. I believe the rear deck should accommodate premium speakers. Other than being faded from the sun, it's in very good shape (I'm guessing it wouldn't be too difficult to dye back to the original darker shade of gray).
