    e30 rear springs

In order of preference- h&r race rear springs
    - IE stage 3 rear springs
    - any other similar spring to match h&r race fronts

Anyone know if an e36 hr race rear spring will work?

might work but not properly the h&r's are desighned sprig rate for the specific application. and i am 99.9% shure they wont even go in but a z3 may
but the spring rate was not desighned for our weight distribution so if you want an ill handling car go for it just tack weld them in there jk. dont do it you will waist your money
allways get the right part the first time you can get h&r cups for like 300 and i promise you. its worth the money save. i just got tokico blues and a set of 2'' drop super sport intrax for a much larger indp. suspension car non bmw. i never seen anyone first hand run koni 5 way adjustable on an e30. this is some recently aqired info but the ford guys swear by them but i think it is because they cant get bilstene's anymore.
and if you really want a ca to give you the on rails feeling you should look into bmp's sway bars i swear i think a set of good bars are as good of an improvment as a shock spring change as long as all other suspension parts are good.
but i will say this avoyd the tokico set up for the e30 they feel softer than factory is stuff:pimp:
