    WTB: 87 325is Blower Motor

Looking for a non-squealing blower motor.

Not sure which it is, will be pulling it out in the next couple of days to make sure; but if anyone has any tricks or knows when they changed styles (build date 2/87 325is) lmk.

Blow it out with air first. Check cowlings to make sure they are in place secondly. Check bearings by rotating fans by hand. GL

yeah its gone though a slow, loud squealing death over the last couple of months. PO lubed it right before i bought it and it was good for a couple weeks, then slowly started getting louder and louder.

its to the point now where no matter what speed im on (including 4), it will start out like its on 2 then slowly die as the bearing heats up. i can turn it off for a while, let it cool down and then back on and it will start out semi fast for a couple of minutes before it seizes up again.
