Hey, I've got a really nice 81k M20B25 from an '89 325i with a rebuilt head on it. Supposedly the bottom end was gone through as well, but I know it dropped a timing belt and that's why the top end was redone. Seeing as you are in Virginia, I'd consider you semi local. Thought I'd toss that out. I've got an 84-85 transmission that should be really nice as well. I'd toss that in with the engine to clear up floor space at the shop.
