I've got a good bare "i" head. You'd need to install (or have a shop install) your own cams, rockers, valves, etc. Gives you a good excuse to have the valves re-ground and the valve stem seals replaced.

$150, you come get it down here in San Diego. I can meet you in Oceanside on Sunday if you want. I'll be up there all day.
