WTB non-e30 bits, flex fuel sensor

I'm wondering if anyone hits up PnPs and knows what the going (non ebay) rate is for flex fuel sensors. I have a project in mind, and would rather not spend $200+ on a used sensor.

I am interested in buying one...

Where do they live on the car and what do they look like? What's the oldest GM model that might be flex-fuel capable and how can you tell if it doesn't have a badge on the body that says so?

Can I get a bump? Aside from side skirts, it's the other redeeming quality of the ford taurus.
