I need about a 3" x 4" chunk cut from any junk m20 block. I need the area around the oil pressure fitting. Just don't cut through the hole. I don't care how ruff the cut is, or if you completely round the corners. I'm just interested in the boss and area around it. I should still be able to thread a sensor into the hole when you are done. If you want to use a cutting torch, that's fine. Please protect the threads all the way through the block.
This is on the exhaust side of the motor of course. Pictures should be self-explanatory. I'm having a custom fitting made that will do into where the stock oil pressure switch is. I need to have that chunk of the block to know what clearance I have.
In return, you'll get a free interior light delay unit - worth $50. I'll pay the shipping to you.
This should take you a little over an hour - the delay unit is worth $50. ~$50/hour is a decent gig.

It works just like newer BMW’s, when you close your driver’s door, it keeps the the lights on, and then slowly fades out over a period of about 30-40 seconds.
It has an added feature that when you turn the key, it dims down the light quicker, so that you can start driving. Anyone that had driven a newer BMW knows this feature. It adds a really cool lighting effect, and is very useful.

Here is a look "under the hood"

Oh, and thanks to whomever I stole the pictures from - I don't know who the belonged to.
