wtb e30 shifting arm

i need an e30 shifting arm. the aluminum piece where the shifter goes in. its on top of the tranny.

im noob so please help me out. is the e30 shifting arm longer than e36 shifting arm? i didn an m50 swap and i have the 328 shifting arm and its short by an inch or two.

what shifting arm should i use. i read that e30 ones will work fine. will also need the selecting rod
