WTB: Battery Cables and Distribution Box

I want to relocate my 318i's battery to the trunk. Need parts from a car with a rear mounted battery.

Need:
(1) The cable that goes from the battery to the junction box (the long one)
(2) Distribution box
(3) Starter cable (short cable that goes from distribution block to starter)
(4) Ground cable (at the back off the battery)
