      Here's a black leather boot from an M3. The leather on the knob was worn so I cut the boot from the knob, leaving enough leather at the top of the boot to tuck under.
      $30 plus actual shipping from VA. (I might have the original BMW vinyl shift boot - would have to look harder! $20 plus shipping).
